    Circular Innovation Made Simple

We operate as a circular innovation startup, transforming overlooked materials into purposeful design. With every piece we create, we help solve real environmental challenges while supporting local artisans.

We started ReTREEve because we looked at discarded wood and saw a missed opportunity—not just for the planet, but for our community.

We believe that a sustainable future is built together. By operating as a circular innovation startup.

About Us

ReTREEve is a circular innovation startup that turns discarded wood into eco-friendly materials while supporting local artisans and strengthening community livelihoods. We reclaim what others consider a waste to reduce environmental impact and build sustainable opportunities.

Who we are.

Mary Grace

Pulido

Co-founder

At ReTREEve, Mary Grace leads the vision of transforming discarded wood into meaningful products that support local artisans, strengthen communities, and reduce environmental waste.

Her commitment to this work is deeply personal. Growing up in the Caraga region near sawmills, she witnessed how wood waste, livelihoods, and environmental challenges intersected in everyday life. These experiences shaped her belief that waste materials can become opportunities for both people and the planet.

Joseph Rivera

Co-founder

At ReTREEve, Joseph helps translate sustainable design ideas into systems and strategies that can scale, ensuring that circular solutions are not only meaningful, but also operationally viable.

He is driven by the belief that technology and innovation can help solve complex environmental challenges when applied thoughtfully and responsibly. Joseph has designed and deployed AI tools ranging from language model applications and data pipelines to anomaly detection systems, with a strong focus on building technologies that are transparent, traceable, and reliable in real-world environments.

The story behind retreeve.

ReTREEve began with a simple question: What if the wood others discard could become something meaningful again?

Instead of letting these materials go to waste, we reclaim them and place them back in the hands of skilled local artisans. Through circular design, discarded wood becomes thoughtfully crafted materials that serve both people and the planet.

For us, it’s about more than reducing waste. It’s about supporting livelihoods, strengthening local craftsmanship, and building a future where sustainability uplifts communities as much as it protects the environment.
